We know the correct way to transport and protect your evidence and have been doing so since 1983.
Our evidence transportation procedures are a lot more involved than the average tow. We document the general condition of the vehicle with protographs and a written inventory/condition report/receipt to maintain the chain of custody.
We use the necessary equipment to protect your evidence during the loading and transportation process. The vehicles are then covered with a tarp and net, to contain and protect the evidence and to maintain confidentiality during the transport. Copies of the photographs are provided at the completion of the job.
Our facility has been designed to cater to the needs and requirements of the legal staff and automotive experts that examine your evidence. We offer a conference room with full office ammenities and WiFi throughout the facility.
All vehicles and products are stored inside a warehouse and then individually under tarps. When needed the vehicles are placed on wood blocks to keep tires off the ground. The vehicles are placed on rollers to easily move them around the facility from the storage to the inspection areas. The warehouses are sprinklered and monitored with fire and burglar alarms as well as central monitoring.

Our inspection area is large enough to give experts ample room to photograph and work around the vehicle. We also have almost all of the basic equipment that an expert would need to inspect a vehicle. We also have a side-post lift to be able to raise a vehicle for inspection of the underside of the vehicle as well as the basic air compressor, floor jacks, and hand & power tools that an automotive shop would have.
We can also locate exemplar vehicles and parts for you and can handle the complete transaction from location, purchase and transportation. If you need to have an exhibit built, we can do that.
